1. Submit Brief
We'll give you a quick call to introduce ourselves. We'll then send you an online form with a few more questions about your project so we're clear on what you want out of the design process.
2. Site visit and consultation
This is when we conduct our site analysis and get a feel for your site. We'll make an inventory of existing vegetation and take plenty of photos and measurements. If you don't already have a site survey, we may reccomend that you obtain one before continuing.
3. Concept Design
The concept design is where you start to see your outdoor space come to life. This stage will give you a sense of the types of plants and materials that will be used and of the lay out of your space. This stage is also your chance for feedback and revisions.

4. Master plan
Once you've approved the concept design, we'll provide you with a master plan for either yourself or a landscaper to follow. This will include a planting plan, construction documentation and a schedule of work.
5. Submit Development Application (if needed)
If required, we can submit your plans to council. Designs that include plans for a pool or large constructed features will often need to be submitted to council for approval. Landscape designs for new builds are also often required to be submitted to council alongside architectural plans.
6. Implementation
Now you've got your plans it's time to watch your garden materialise! We'll be happy to recommend you a landscaper if you need one and can also offer project management services for an additional fee. We'll check in on the construction as it progresses to make sure everything is going to plan.
